Every product we offer is made by hand in Freiburg to your order and/or in accordance with your individual wishes. Depending on our order level at the time, this can in some cases take longer. Of course, we will always try to get your item to you as quickly as possible, but manufacturing an item by hand cannot be compared with production on an industrial level.
