General Terms and Conditions

1. Area of validity

The following T&C apply for all orders made through our online shop.

2. Contract partner, contract conclusion

The purchase agreement is undertaken with Caredeluxe GmbH.

The representation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather is a non-binding online catalogue. You can place our products in your shopping basket, at no obligation to yourself, and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order using the correction tools provided for and explained during the order process. By clicking on the order button, you enter into a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket. An automated email will be sent directly, confirming receipt of the order and acceptance of the same. The purchase contract comes into existence with this email confirmation.

However, a binding contract can also arise sooner as follows:

  • If you select PayPal as the payment method, then the contract will come into being at the time of the confirmation of your payment instruction to PayPal.

The valid language for the conclusion of the contract is German.

We will not save the contract text.

3. Delivery conditions
Shipping charges will be added to the stated product prices. You will receive further information on the amount of the shipping charges with the offers.

We only supply goods by dispatch. We regret it is not possible for you to collect your goods.

We do not deliver to Packstations.

4. Payment
We offer the following payment options in our shop:

Cash with order
For this payment method, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation, and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

Paypal
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. You must be registered with PayPal, or register first, legitimise yourself with your access details, and then confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further information during the order process.

Account
Orders and delivery within Germany

5. Retention of ownership

The goods remain our property until receipt of the full payment.

6. Damages in transit

If any goods are received displaying obvious signs of having been damaged in transit, then please inform the delivery agent of this damage and contact us without delay. Failure to lodge a complaint or to make contact does not have any consequences for your legal entitlements and the implementation of the same, in particular of your guarantee rights. However, you will be helping us to assert our claims against the forwarding agent or transportation insurance.

7. Warranty and guarantees
